Minnerva provided high level project management skills to Faber Maunsell in its project to help the Commission for Integrated Transport (CfIT)meet its remit to monitor progress towards the achievement of the UK Government's 10 Year Plan for transport.

The management of the project required a high degree of coordination and communication amongst the various parties. As well as exploitation of standard project management software, such as MS Project 2000, Minnerva established a secure web site to provide a repository of information that was readily accessible to the project’s partners. The structure of the web site was flexible enough to accommodate both formal and informal types of information.

Minnerva has also supplied Project Management inputs on a range of projects for Mouchel Essex.
