Rebecca
is an experienced transport planner and modeller, with particular
expertise in developing strategic transport models.
She has played a key role
in a number of multi-modal studies, overseeing the modelling and
appraisal of packages of transport measures. She has also led the
preparation of demand forecasts to support business cases for major
highway, rail and rapid transit schemes.
Rebecca has worked on the
development of a number of large, complex transport models using
both OmniTRANS and EMME software. Her roles have largely focussed
on the demand model and public transport elements, and have involved
writing model components from scratch as well as undertaking quality
audits and implementing improvements to model procedures.
With a background in
mathematics, Rebecca is well-versed in a range of data analysis
and modelling techniques.
